Yes. Floor cleaning and vacuuming is one of our core services and is included in your regular visit.

Yes. Desks, workstations and the shared areas around them are cleaned during a standard visit. Tell us in the quote form if your office has any surfaces that need special care.

Yes. Waste and recycling removal is part of our office cleaning, with bins emptied and liners replaced during the visit.

Cleaning is arranged around your office hours, so most visits happen before your team arrives or after the working day ends. If you prefer daytime cleaning, tell us and we will confirm what can be arranged.

MoodyClean Essential is professional office cleaning using cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the client. MoodyClean Complete is professional office cleaning with MoodyClean's own equipment, tools and cleaning products.

MoodyClean Essential is $85 CAD per hour and MoodyClean Complete is $95 CAD per hour. The hours needed depend on the size of your office and how often you would like us to clean, so we confirm the total in your quote.

If you already have cleaning equipment and products on site, Essential is usually the simplest fit. If you would rather we bring everything, Complete covers the equipment, tools and products for you. Not sure? Select "Not Sure" on the quote form and we will talk it through.

Yes. Get in touch and we will adjust your plan and confirm the new scope and pricing with you.

Nothing is agreed until you have your quote and decide to go ahead. The plan, frequency and terms are confirmed with you before the first visit.

Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as a one-time clean. Choose your preferred frequency on the quote form.

Yes. Our office cleaning hours are Monday to Friday 6 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. All cleaning services are by appointment, and additional hours are available upon request. We confirm the exact times with you.
